What You Will Do :

• Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.

• Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.

• Participate with other specialist/leads/managers to understand reporting requirements and work on building solutions or reporting system as per business needs.

• Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team.

• Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users.

• Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.

• Provide training and assistance to users for generation of Ad hoc reports.

What You Will Need :

• Proficient with MS Office Applications like Excel, Access, Power BI, Power Point etc. and being able to design reports and tools with VBA macros.

• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to supportworking in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams

• Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities

• Requires leadership qualities to mentor junior members of the team.

• Overall 5+ years experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards and should have the following attributes.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Reporting and Analysis: Have expertise in management reports and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL.

• VBA Develop automation scripts using Excel Macros.

• MS Excel Expertise in Excel reporting and dashboards.

• MS Access database and application development.

• Communicate seamlessly with Client Business lines, Leadership team and other internal stakeholders.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts and mandatory work from office

• Good to have but not mandatory – Python, Power Automate, Power Apps.
