Responsibilities:
Plan/Design

Plan, design, and specify physical topologies and services architecture in support of business requirements and service level agreements.
Partner with IT security to incorporate security and compliance requirements in SharePoint architecture
Partner with IT infrastructure teams to ensure services, capacity, high availability, business continuation and disaster recovery
Ensure information architecture (interprets taxonomy) and information search strategy integration with other data sources (LOB, third-party products) to achieve business requirements

Deploy/Administer

Prepare for and perform technical installations; install, upgrade, configure, and operate a SharePoint farms; manage customizations for implementation
Configure and administer services, web front end servers, indexing servers and database servers, social networking features, User Profile Services, site metadata & Enterprise Managed metadata, excel services, Enterprise wikis
Strong skills in SharePoint Management PowerShell scripts
Create and maintain sites and site collections
Manage content in lists and libraries
Assign custom permissions on List/library & site/site collection
Manage farm level & web application level features
Administer identities and authentication; ensure secure content in sites
Administer customizations
Implement and maintain search services, define search scope in conjunction with Knowledge Managers
Deploy and administer Power Apps and Power Automate applications

Maintain/Troubleshoot

Perform Tier 3 troubleshooting of SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive for Business
Assist users with Power Apps and Power Automate development and troubleshooting
Ensure farm performance and availability
Recommend migration and upgrade strategies with consideration for customer service levels
Participate in business continuation and disaster recovery activities in support of service level agreements
Responsible for establishing and/or maintaining end user access policy and permissions.
Develop, implement and enforce best use practices; communicate standards and practices corporate-wide
Allocate and increase space on web applications and site collections

Reporting

Ensure admin / management tool is installed and maintained on the platform for reporting purposes
Supply reporting on a daily / weekly / monthly / on demand basis
Monitoring SharePoint trends (e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth)

Qualifications:
Requirements

Minimum of five years administering on-premises farms: deploying, managing, monitoring, upgrading, migrating, and designing SharePoint servers in SharePoint 2016 and 2013 versions
Minimum of three years of experience administering O365 SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive for Business
Windows SharePoint PowerShell scripting: PnP PowerShell and CSOM experience is a plus
Knowledge of security concepts and authentication methods
Good knowledge on SharePoint services level troubleshooting
Windows Server (2012 or later) and Active Directory administration
Networking infrastructure services including DNS and IIS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Teamwork approach to assist the clients and the staff of the organization.
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Prior experience of Monitoring tools like SCOM would be a plus
