About Guidewire
The role of the Accounts Assistant is to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and administration requirements within the APAC region and to provide flexible support to Finance team as required.
Based in India, we are looking for a reliable, hands-on and highly motivated person who can work independently in conjunction with Accounts Administrator based in Sydney
- Review and process payables invoices
- Review and process expense claims
- Run AR reports and send invoices to client accordingly
- Debt collections and receipting of AR invoices
- Reconcile and pay off payments
- Assist with emails in the shared mailbox
- Liaise with external accountant for expense documents on monthly basis
- Assist with adhoc reports related to AP as required
- Assist with any other duties as required to assist Finance team
- Have 5+ years’ experience in accounting, AP and administrative role
- Possess strong integrity, communication and relationship skills
- Be resilient, motivated, able to prioritize and manage time to meet tight deadlines
- Be a motivated self-starter, be prepared to take ownership and responsibility for their role and work independently
- Have high attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft excel
