Location : HQ Ahmedabad
Qualification & Skill Requirements :
The candidate should be a post graduate in Law from a reputed Law school with a CS background.
The candidate should have good legal drafting skills, effective communication, interpersonal skills
and proactive approach.
Experience:
The candidate should have 1-2 years’ experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible for drafting/ vetting of agreements, memorandum of
understanding, replies to notices and handling legal matters of the company. He/she would be
assisting the Company Secretary in conducting Board meetings, General meetings, drafting of
minutes on time, filling forms with various statutory authorities, drafting of different legal
documents and other matters in relation to ensure statutory compliance under various laws, as
applicable to the organization.
Remuneration:
Rs. 4-6 lakhs/annum
