Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes like Service Tax, TDS, Profession tax. § Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, Profession tax.
Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and various financial documents.
Handling payroll processing, account reconciliation, accounts payable, processing check request.
Working closely with the Accounts Head,
Prepare various financial statements and records periodically.
Maintain, manage and update records of all inventories.
Candidates will also provide administrative assistance that includes maintaining filing systems, generating reports, ordering supplies, etc.
A solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and experience with general office tasks.
Maintaining financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Ensuring all files are up to date.
