Full Job Description
Primary Responsibility: -Assist the CMD of the company in his day-to-day routine in areas such as administrative assistance, presentation, emails, daily routine written communication, diary maintenance, inter-departmental coordination and any other task assigned by the CMD from time to time.Reporting Structure: -Reporting to: The CMD of the companyPosition reporting into this role: NoneRequired Skills: -· Integrity· Excellent personality and communication skills (written & oral)· Good knowledge of MS office· Very good with coordination and interpersonal relationshipJD: -· Be the face of the office of the CMD and handle it with honesty, confidentiality and sincerity· Minute writing for all critical meetings· Follow up on action points· Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings· Coordinate with HOD’s and employees for various action points· Go for client meeting if required to understand their requirements and coordinate for implementation of the agreed projects with clients and the strategic partners· Understand client feedback and communicate the same to the internal authorities for necessary action· Travel coordination, payment coordination and follow ups on assignments· Manage appointments, follow up actions and communicate agendas for meeting to concerned people· Any other task assigned by the CMD from time to timeEducational Qualification: – · PG/UG from a Reputed Institute· Schooling from a Reputed English Medium SchoolWork Experience: – Min. 5 years of Experience as Personal/Executive AssistantJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English (Required)Work Remotely:No
