Product Designer (2+ years experience)

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Product Designer with 2+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating user-centric experiences and be a problem solver with a creative mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product features and user interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and executive presentations to effectively communicate design concepts
• Conduct user research, user testing, and usability studies to identify user needs and design requirements.
• Design and develop user interface components and visual assets for web and mobile applications
• Develop user interface standards and guidelines for use across multiple products
• Develop user-centered design processes that incorporate user research, usability testing, and analytics
• Stay up to date with design trends and technologies
• Ensure design consistency across platforms and products

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of product design experience
• Any Bachelor’s degree
• Expert knowledge in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and other design and prototyping tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
