We have an urgent opening for IT Recruiter/Sr. IT recruiter.
Job Designation : IT Recruiter/ Sr IT RecruiterExperience- 2-4 years (preferable)Job Location : Bangalore:Hands on experience on Sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
Should be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
Experienced in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
To understand Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities
Excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
Skills/Expertise:
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
