Provide innovative & sustainable packaging solutions to deliver agreed projects, including, NPI’s, promotion packs, E-commerce business, value engineering, alternate source qualification, quality improvement, customer & consumer complaint reduction & technical support to the whole quality supply chain & LOC commercial • Drive packaging sustainability agenda by collaboratively working with internal & external stakeholders • Identify & deliver value engineering project with close collaboration with SRT & render ‘fit for purpose’ specification for GSK products • Ensure packaging components & packaging equipment’s across CMO’s & GMS sites are validated to latest standards • Manage packaging performance monitoring system within end to end QSC (supplier defects & deviations, manufacturing deviations, consumer & customer complaints & line performance) • Drive & deliver packaging performance improvement projects & troubleshooting issues w.r.t packaging • Work with CMO’s to develop capability on packaging development, changes & technical know how • Lead competition landscaping activity & suggest most apt packaging solutions to supply chain to drive cost optimization • Operate with discipline: Leveraging a disciplined but enabling approach to drive consistent results and process, anticipating action to come by forward planning, reviewing progress and seek help whenever needed with full accountability • Risk taking ability: demonstrating calculated risk-taking ability with a rigor to maximize learning • Collaboration and communication: need to collaborate with critical internal & external stake holders seeking input and navigating the project fully as a SME
