Under general supervision, has good knowledge and understanding of applicable science and technology, gained through formal education and work experience. Working with customers, demonstrates knowledge of existing and emerging technology and product areas. Communicates to individual clients how the use of technology solutions allow them to be more productive. Is able to articulate and apply solution for assignment delivery. As an individual contributes to project teams. Effectively plans and manages own workload to meet desired service level targets. Maintains a consistent client-focused approach with clients and/or individuals. Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering, geoscience, computer science or business and a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Communicates efficiently with client to obtain all required data to be used for preparation of Well Operations Program (such as offset well data, well trajectory, surface and well location, well proposal, related risk assessment of the proposed well, etc.)
• Performs offset well analysis.
• BHA and Bit recommendations.
• Performs casing and tubing design using Landmark’s software
• Flow back fingerprinting.
• Drilling Hydraulics and ECD Management.
• Swab & Surge Analysis for safe tripping and casing operations.
• Torque & Drag Analysis and provide insight to client for proper hole cleaning.
• Follows the rig operations and raise the alert to concerned persons whenever there is any deviation from Well Operations Program
• Quality checks of the entered data on a daily basis for the assigned rig(s)
• Captures lessons learnt, important events, decisions and best practices during operations monitoring and take informed decision accordingly on future wells.
• Prepare Daily/Monthly/End of section reports for the assigned rig(s).
• Prepare and submits End of Well reports.
• Prepare operational NPT reports with their root cause analysis.
• Ensure timely operations reporting and timely submission of all the reports and documents as per scope.
• Well control and pipe stuck events analysis.
• Ensures effective communication with involved parties (client, data providers, rig site, etc.)
• Understands clearly the terms and conditions of the scope of work with client, data providers and communicates whenever required.
• Participates actively in daily operational meetings.
• Provide training to client as per SOW.
• Conduct review meetings with client and discuss results, deliverable and service quality.
• Has to work in 12 hours On/Off shift

Qualifications required –  

• Bachelors in Engineering (BE and B.Tech)

Experience Requirement–

• Minimum 03 years of experience in Oil & Gas Exploration & Production domain and Minimum 01 year of experience in Real Time Drilling Optimization Monitoring
