Role: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts.
Experience required is 7 yrs to 13 yrs.
Activities include:
Statutory –
Preparation of files for GSTR3B and GSTR1 returns, Reconciliation of GSTR2A and accounting.
Preparation of GST Refund documents.
Preparation of TDS Statements of all Sections.
Entering info in e-TDS software for filing of e-TDS returns, generating Form 16A.
Payment of PF, Professional Tax, GST on time
Employee related –
Preparation of documents for Travel advances, Forex cards, Travel expenses settlements etc.
Verification of employee reimbursements documents and accounting.
Vendor invoices verification, accounting and payments.
AP –
Vendor invoices verification and Accounting.
Payments to vendors and Accounting.
AP Reconciliation.
GL –
Preparation of accrued expenses statement for mobile, internet reimbursements and Accounting.
Accounting all expenses, maintaining provision and prepaid schedules etc.
Audit –
Preparation of TDS reconciliation Statement, vendor ageing report and other required data to Statutory.
Others –
MIS
Petty Cash Management and Accounting.
Updating bank and cash accounts.
Bank Related Activities, Preparation on BRS on a monthly basis for all the banks
Assisting in various accounting and reporting activities to Management.
Payroll experience is good to have.
