Job Location – Pondicherry.

Responsibilities:–

Coordinate & drive all food safety activities & initiatives connected to factory.

Evaluate, verify and place the systems of all food safety standards like AIB, ISO etc.

Design internal systems & procedures so that all the food safety norms are complied like audits, self-assessment & reporting for correction.

SOP compliance, online process check, CCP checks & record.

Periodical verification of process records, incoming quality check records, ingredient shelf-life records, in-process quality check records.

Regular verification of correct functioning of critical process equipment’s like weighing balances, metal detectors, sifters etc.

Create a work culture of hygiene, food safety & GMP requirements through training, education and demonstration.

Ensure critical to food safety processes are being complied with at any point in time during manufacturing.

Pest control Management. Interaction with PCI representative & assurance of PCI activity in plants as per schedule.

Requirements

Educational Qualification & Experience :

• B.Sc Chemistry/Food Technology/Biotechnology – 8-10 Yrs. of experience in FMCG food safety. (or)
• Msc.Chemistry/Food Technology/Biotechnology – 6-8 yrs. of experience in FMCG food safety (or)
• B.Tech Food Tech – 4-6 yrs. of experince in FMCG food safety.
• Hands on experience in food automation process.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
