We have urgent opening for CES for our company HDS (HARIDREAM SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.) CES have to work under the instructions of business development team.

What you’ll do:

• CES should have good communication skills
• Evolve more effective work process for improving customer interactions
• Constantly monitor & review performance metrics for achievement of objective
• Generate leads to develop business from different sources.
• Follow up with incoming leads.
• Book appointment for field sales team with the emphasis on high-quality leads.
• Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelors Degree from any stream.
• Familiarity with web technology and comfortable with the Internet
• Very strong verbal communication skills and writing skills
• Clear diction and clarity in speech
• Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize
• Problem-solving ability & creative – out of the box thinker.
• CES have to maintain daily walk -in, telephonic records of inquiries in Excel.
• Allotting the inquiries to concern person/department
• CES have to maintain the required data in Excel sheet
• Transferring the incoming calls to concern department
• Reporting to Branch Head / Management on daily basis about day to day activities details of branch
• Experience in any financial company will be an added Advantage
