Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications using the FastAPI framework.
• Design and implement efficient and scalable database models and queries.
• Integrate data from various sources and transform it using XSLT transformations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Write and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and deployment tasks.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Python development.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of its ecosystem and best practices.
• Experience with web frameworks, particularly FastAPI, and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in working with databases, including designing schemas and writing complex queries. Familiarity with SQL and ORM libraries such as SQL Alchemy is a plus.
• Knowledge of XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations) for XML data manipulation and transformation.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting languages like Bash.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
