Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying root cause and resolving issues/ addressing customer needs in a timely manner.
• Adherence to customer SLAs
• Candidate will be accountable and responsible for technical requirements and communication with the clients
• Supporting the team during P1 / P2 Incident, or any direct project work allocated.
• Taking ownership of tasks, resolving the same, and coordinating with other team members.
• Mentoring/training other team members as well as creating technical documentation.
• Preparing the Capacity forecast planning and HA Implementation for the Production
• Prepare project plans with estimations for new projection implementations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experienced Cloud Architect with 7-10 yrs experience
• Candidate should be a Graduate and from a computer science background
• Linux certification
• Certifications on AWS or Kuberetes are desirable, not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

• Must have good deep understanding and handling Large Enterprise production Environment
• Hands on experience on Linux support including RH Linux, CentOS & CoreOS system administration, OS configuration and troubleshooting, and experience on live server support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker containers, Kubernetes is required
• Strong knowledge AWS & Network – DNS, VPN, CIDR/Blocks, Security Groups [Firewall and Loadbalancer]
• Sound knowledge on AWS Infrastructure management, experience on AWS EKS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, VPC, Cloudformation, HSM etc service is must. Must know configuration and set up of AWS services, troubleshooting the live environment issues, architecting AWS environment based on the requirement as well can co-ordinate with enterprise support.
• Experience on Apache/Nginx, Tomcat, Redis, HiveMQ, Kafka, Jenkins, GitLab, Shell Scripting, Network and Server monitoring tool like Prometheus/Grafana, etc. is desired.
• Demonstrable knowledge of CD and CI process and framework for latest fixes, patches etc with at least one configuration tool like Puppet/Chef/Ansible
• Knowledge on any relational and NoSQL database technologies such as Postgre, Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Experience with intrusion detection systems and server security hardening
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Understanding and adherence to customer SLAs
• Good to have Compliance understanding such as ITIL,ISO 27001 or SOX
