Your new role
Administration
Provide administrative support for new employees on-boarding process, including but not limited to, compiling welcome packs, organising company induction sessions with the Regional Director and induction sessions with System Experts
Generating Reports
Assist to upload candidate resumes and client agreements to system
Generate reports to support the business
Generate stats to support office initiatives
Prepare reports to be submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources
Office maintenance
Refill the pantry items from time to time, as necessary
Prepare materials for office initiatives and celebrations
Liaise with vendors to ensure office maintenance, e.g. liaising with vendor on coffee machine maintenance or building management on office building issues
What you’ll need to succeed
Demonstrates a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
Intermediate to advanced word-processing skills
