Job Description
:
Convert leads generated into sales by effective execution of sales process. Execute sales process by effectively managing Document collection from customer & uploading of documents Execution of loan agreement & other post-sanction documents Track and provide solution for the non-starter cases Maintain daily sales report, process compliance, execution TAT. Coordination between Sales Support Departments. Ensure highest levels of Customer Service delivery. Act as first point of contact for customer queries, requests & complaints . Meeting sales & TAT targets on ongoing basis. Identify potential risky/fraudulent transactions and raise timely alert to prevent business & reputational loss. Provide necessary inputs to increase business volumes & penetration. Good know-how of the local markets.
