Job Description

• Responsible for the entire life cycle of all the employees for the assigned branch or cluster. Recruitment: xe2x80xa2 Handling recruitment of Mid-level & Junior level for lending businesses through various sources. xe2x80xa2 Manage closures for manpower gap within assigned TAT. xe2x80xa2 Maintaining employee referral data and preparing monthly MIS for the same.
• Raise salary fitments for approvals and offer generations. Operations: xe2x80xa2 Managing Joining Documentations and salary processingxe2x80x99s for new hires. xe2x80xa2 Co-ordinate for Employee Code generations for new joinees. Performance Management System xe2x80xa2 Collating data and maintaining trackers for PMS process.

Employee Engagement: xe2x80xa2 Conduct employee engagement activities for Employees across branches. Exit Formalities xe2x80xa2 Conducting Exit interview for employees of Focus department xe2x80xa2 Providing F & F details & guiding for PF related queries. xe2x80xa2 Handling employee queries and grievances and ensure solutions in assured time limit. xe2x80xa2 Responsible for overall process efficiency.
