• Quality Management Supervision of mobile number validation Ensure proper documentation, such as KYC checks, Credit bureau checks, etc.

• through surprise validation checks B.

• Recovery Management To monitor monthly productivity norms of the Collection /Managers/Officers at a minimum of Rs.

• 1 Lac and number of accounts collected.

• This target is subject to change from time to time To empanel suitable Agencies for 180+ DPD recoveries, monitoring and processing their payments if and when required.

• Optimal mapping of Collection Managers / Officers in the respective regions Ensuring process adherence on Overnight Cash handling by ensuring proper approvals are sought and received.

• Setup and monitor suitable Handover process of accounts taken over from Sales Officers on 30+ flown customers/groups C.

• Financial Literacy & Credit Counseling / CBQA Supervision on Financial literacy & Credit Counseling programs (FLCC).

• Ensure strict Process Adherence to FLCC and CBQA Supervision on Vendor enrollment, validation of claims.

• Have a strict check and detection of potential fraud and suggest and ensure implementation of remedial measures.
