Job Description
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across international banking products and processes.
- Drive end-to-end process improvements to enhance efficiency, client experience, and compliance.
- Design and implement processes in line with regulatory, compliance, audit, and business requirements.
- Oversee automation, workflow digitization, and adoption of innovative technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas branches to align digital roadmaps with business objectives; role may involve international travel.
Work Experience & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in process re-engineering, digital transformation, or product management within banking/financial services.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale digital initiatives and change management programs.
- Strong understanding of international banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
- MBA (Finance/Operations/Technology) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
