Position description:
Retail Assets-Consumer Durable-Instalment Finance Business – Retail RO
Primary Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed the assigned targets of consumer durable loan through paper finance at Retail Trade / General Trade
Souricng EMI business through HDFC credit card and debit card customers at the designated counters >Meet the assigned target of bank’s products and other cross sell products
Adhere to Bank’s laid down process and due diligence from Login to Disbursal
Provide regular feedback to Supervisor on Market, Dealers, Customer’s requirements
Maintain difined TAT
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensuring timely repayment of sourced loan and support collection
Adhere to Banks Code of Conduct at all times
Customer Centricity and timely resolution of Customer/dealer issues and update supervisor time to time
Educational qualifications preferred
