Designation: Transportation Group-Sales Officer

Position description: To identify transportation, logistic clients, dealers & extend Working Capital, Inventory funding facility & ware house funding.

Primary Responsibilities:
Sourcing Business:
Sourcing business from open market / branches.

The Position is to identify transportation and Logistic clients, dealers & extend Working Capital, Inventory funding facility & ware house funding

Relationship with customers:
Managing disbursement & renewal documentation for all new / existing cases.

Develop relationship with branch banking team & increase the sourcing/ service branch existing portfolio.

To manage, retain existing working capital book

Personalized services to all the large size clients.

To develop coordination in the branch banking team so as to service the client effectively

Churning & TOD account MIS analysis on regular basis.

Collecting Debtors statement on monthly basis from customer and sharing with ops team for DP setting.

Collateral Management based on aging of the vehicles/collateral. End to End services provider to the sourced customer.

Deferrals and PDD:
Creation of call memos & reports for every customer by visiting each customer at least once in every quarter and update.

PDD and deferral tracking and closure.

Delinquency Management:
Follow-up for delinquent customers and interest /EMI not serviced customers on regular basis

Additional Responsibilities:
Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time.

Educational qualifications preferred

Category: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree
