Job Title :(Job Name) – Branch Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
- To monitor and supervise all the operational activities of branch on daily basis and ensure satisfactory audit ratings for the branch.
- To ensure error free operations at branch.
- Maintain lobby and ensure all customers are attended.
- Lead management, all the leads entered in CRM and the same has attended properly.
Job Responsibilities(JR) :To ensure the branch customers are adequately serviced and appropriate products sold to them in a customer friendly environment that in turn ensures the branch attains profitability on all parameters with superior customer service and superior cross sell of products
Educational Qualifications- Ay Graduate , Post graduate

Job Name – PA (Business Unit) : GIB-Area Head -Govt.&Institutional Business
Job Title :(Job Name) – GIB-Area Head
Job Purpose:
- To achieve annual budgeted business numbers w.r.t. CASA Value, NAV, Number of Accounts and Fixed Deposits with a team of Sales Officers in the assigned geographical area.
Job Responsibilities(JR) :
- Understand the catchment details of the various branches in the specified region
- Track the budgeted branches with Zero Government and Institutional accounts and facilitate them to source Government and Institutional accounts
- Ensure accounts are opened in specified TATs
- Assist branches to convert leads generated by them
- AHs can also make joint calls with the RMs / PBs / BMs from branches
Educational Qualifications- Ay Graduate , Post graduate
