Operations (Front office)
1. Appraisal – Assess Credit worthiness and the ability of the customer to repay back the loan in future.
2. Interaction & Loan Counselling -Meeting & interacting with customers.
3. Documentation -Collecting & Checking the Documents.
4. Loan Processing/ Disbursement Process.
5. Cross-Selling -Cross-Selling of Group company products.
6. Relationship Management -With customer with the channel partners.
Qualifications – Fresh/experienced Graduates/Post Graduates or MBA having good and consistent academic record (Min 60% marks) and good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Location – Trichur/Calicut
