JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Investment Product Manager to join our Product Research team.

With an experience of 2–4 years in investment product research and management, with strong exposure to Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Mutual funds, and other investment products.

This role involves evaluating investment strategies, conducting product due diligence, and supporting product development and distribution through insightful research and analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in-depth research and qualitative and quantitative analysis of PMS, AIF, mutual funds, and other investment products.
• Prepare detailed product notes, NFO notes, PMS/AIF/ MF Reckoner, monthly MF industry reports
• Review MF portfolios of clients
• Track fund manager performance, style consistency, and portfolio attribution.
• Support sales and advisory teams with product-related queries, presentations, and training.
• Coordinate with third-party fund houses, PMS/AIF managers for research updates and performance reviews
• Stay updated with regulatory changes (SEBI, AMFI, etc.) impacting investment products.

ELIGIBILITY

• Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate (Preferably CA/CFA(Any Level)/MBA (Finance)/CWM
• Proven experience in product research, investment analysis and fund due diligence
• Strong knowledge of Investment Products like MF, PMS, AIF, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial markets, including market trends, economic indicators, and trading strategies.
• Well-versed in MS Excel/Power Point, and financial data tools like ACE MF, Finalyca, etc.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
