Job Description:
- Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of various Board, Committee and General Meetings
- Excellent communication skill, drafting and presentation skills
- The candidate is required to be fully conversant with The Companies Act, Secretarial Standards & matters, ROC Compliances
- The candidate should understand and monitor the Company’s operations, identify, and interpret applicable laws and ensure all statutory compliances
- Ability to undertake multi-tasking, prioritize and meet timelines
Desired Attribute:
- Excellent communication skills
- Graduation is a must
- Experience of around 2 to 3 years in the same field
