Job Description:

  • Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of various Board, Committee and General Meetings
  • Excellent communication skill, drafting and presentation skills
  • The candidate is required to be fully conversant with The Companies Act, Secretarial Standards & matters, ROC Compliances
  • The candidate should understand and monitor the Company’s operations, identify, and interpret applicable laws and ensure all statutory compliances
  • Ability to undertake multi-tasking, prioritize and meet timelines

Desired Attribute:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Graduation is a must
  • Experience of around 2 to 3 years in the same field
