Roles And Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the day to day running of the office including supply management, liaisoning with property management, Local government bodies and statutory compliances.
• Coordination with the housekeeping, security department and their overall supervision.

Creating and maintaining filing systems.

• Communicate and provide information through relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connect groups.
• Interpret instructions and issues arising; ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of the company.
• Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
• Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems in consultation with the department heads.

Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
