Job Title: Administrative OfficerLocation: Work from Office, BangaloreReports to: Secretary, ILYFJob Summary:The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.· Manage the organization’s financial and accounting operations, including budget preparation and monitoring, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial reporting requirements.· Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment and hiring, staff orientation, performance management, and employee relations.· Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate records of members and their payments and other related documentation.· Manage the organization’s facilities and equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and repairs.· Assist in the planning and execution of events, including meetings, workshops, and fundraising activities.· Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and vendors.· Prepare and present reports to management on administrative activities and performance metrics.· Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:· Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.· 1-1.5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a non-profit organization.· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.· Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing non-profit organizations in India.· Demonstrated commitment to the organization’s mission and values.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Speak with the employer+91 9945048042
