*Job Description : Customer Service Executive*

*Responsibilities: *

• End to end Customer Relationship Management
• Work with and update CRM system for tracking, communicating and reporting of work progress
• Understanding prospect customer requirements, communicate to the concerned stakeholders and scheduling Discovery calls in timely manner
• Coordination amongst the team of Coaches to ensure prompt response to customer questions
• Owner of the customer onboarding process and tracking their payments through the journey
• Documenting the FAQ’s and supporting in making the customer communication more effective on an on-going basis
• Documenting Customer Success Stories
• Customer data gathering, analysis and reporting
• Administration of Client WhatsApp groups
• Tracking Coaches’ invoices, TDS and payments
• Maintaining business expenses in project systems, tracking and reporting

Note: Our enterprise is growing so this role will continue to evolve over time and the

responsibilities may undergo changes according to business requirements.

*Qualification and Experience*

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is a MUST.
• Graduation with minimum 3-4 years of work experience

*Mode of Working: *

• The mode of working is Remote/WFH.
• Though we prefer candidates based in Pune, we are open to consider good candidates from other cities too.
• The candidate must have high-speed internet connection, laptop and mobile phone.
• Working days – Monday to Saturday
• Ability to work in virtual work environment with high productivity is a MUST.

Compensation: *

Commensurate to work experience and qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
