Your skills
Basic understanding of Operating system, Networking, Server.
Experience in troubleshooting customer’s computer for issues reported.
Problem solving skill and exposure on the same.
Basic ITIL knowledge on Incident and request.
Able to communicate with foreign country customers
Your Tasks
1. Handle Incoming inquiries on phone and ticketing system.
Provide Remote Support / Desk side support.
Maintain / Resolve tickets within provided SLA.
Software installation and maintenance.
Work on High priority tickets and make sure to maintain SLA as well as update customers on the progress.
Identity and Access Management.
Troubleshoot to identify issues and escalate to respective department.
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Flexible to work from office / home as well as rotational shift timings
Adapt to current standards and improve along as it progress.
List/Understand customer’s need/ requirement and address it in given timeline.
