Job Description

Hempstreet is India’s first and largest research to retail player in the medicinal cannabis space with a network of 60,000 ayurvedic practitioners across the country. The company aims to tackle mass ailments in India, starting with the chronic pain epidemic and menstrual health, via responsibly dispensed cannabis based medication. Hempstreet has partnered with the best in class, and operates as a best practices definer at every stage of the supply chain.Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.) to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are running effectively
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads to increase company and brand awareness
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field/MBA in marketing or related field Proven 0 – 2 years of work experience in the Marketing Department Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills Working experience on social media ads and google ads Sound knowledge of marketing tools like Mail chimp, UTM & many more Should be comfortable with written and spoken English Highly creative & knowledge of the latest social media trendsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR35,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
