YOUR ROLE

• Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers

• Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP) and Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities

• Executes pricing actions Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors

• Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory

• Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints

• Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account

• Is responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.

YOUR SKILL

• Good understanding of manufacturing environment in rail industry

• Ability to build relationship with engineers and purchasers in customer organization

• Distributor management

• Price and profit management

• Ability to work independently and remotely
