We are looking for a “Specialist – Digital Marketing & Content” to join our dream team and take on the responsibility to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to generate demand (leads or orders).

You will be part of the Global Digital transformation Team which is responsible for developing new omni-channel business models across businesses of Henkel Adhesives. Therefore, will also work with a fully cross functional & supporting teams, and vendors, cutting across business, tech & data to launch campaigns on time and on budget

YOUR ROLE

• Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
• Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising
• Leading the multi-channel & full funnel content development effort – Hero (e.g., commercials / video production), Hub (e.g., case studies, blogs, reports, whitepapers, webinars) and Hygiene (product info, FAQs, etc)
• Managing budgets, content and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & owned media channels
• Identifying experimental opportunities and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results to key stakeholders within and outside the team (e.g., agencies, development partners, etc)

YOUR SKILLS

• 5 years of relevant professional experience (i.e., b2b digital marketing, content development)
  BS/MS/MBA degree in marketing or a related field
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of setting up & optimizing campaigns through various tools & technologies – Ad managers (e.g., Google, Facebook, Linked-in Ad managers), website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Similar Web) & ad serving tools (e.g., Double click)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, including knowledge on concepts such as attribution modelling
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and measurement
• Start-up mentality and ability to work in cross-functional teams internally & external to drive rapid growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines with a flexible approach
• Experience using eCommerce-based technology, CRM software and marketing automation systems are an added plus
• Good project management skills
• High standards of excellence and attention to detail
