Key Responsibilities – 1. Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telemarketing executives to achieve sales targets.- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and strategize improvements.- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.2. Sales Strategy:- Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to promote Ayurveda products.- Identify new sales opportunities and target markets for Ayurveda products.- Set and monitor individual and team sales goals.3. Training and Development:- Provide ongoing training and development for telemarketing executives to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.- Stay updated with the latest trends in telemarketing and Ayurveda to ensure the team remains competitive.4. Customer Relationship Management:- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.- Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.5.
