Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
Individual should demonstrate the ability to manage a large group of diversified functions. Accomplished person capable of working with Multiple stake holders, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding performance goals and managing operations in a demanding business environment. Hands on experience in compliance adherence, Access point management, facilities management with knowledge of the India market and business culture
Planning, coordinate, and complete a broad range of Admin and Facility services that allow access points to operate efficiently, coordinate with regional teams to ensure smooth operation of the Access points which enable Associate experience
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vendor management – Individual should be able to manage multiple service providers
Scalability – Ability to scale up, efficiently coordinate & work with team members, cross-functional teams
Access points management – Handle numerous infra projects for access points, relocation, upgrades, new set up etc.,
Financial/ Analytics – Work on budgets, Capex & Opex requirements, Fixed & variable spends, should have eye for cost & expenses
Strategic – Process oriented who need to be proactive & take full ownership for the deliverables as required
Compliance & Audit – ensure compliance requirements are adhered too & conduct audits of access points
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
This position will have lot of interfaces with Business Team (FPA, Controllership, Legal, GSS, sales & SCM) Local leaderships teams, service providers of Access points and plays a vital role in smooth operations of Access points across locations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, or related field
Roles & Responsibility:
Skills :
Basic experience in financial planning & control and/ or inspection and auditing, Clear written and verbal communication skills in Indian and English appropriate to interface with senior management, Analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience in managerial roles and/ or matrix management, Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email tools
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of progressive operational experience in Facilities Management
