This is a leadership role and the person has to lead online sales via all E-Commerce portals(own website, Amazon & Flipkart). It is currently an individual contributor role and may have people reporting to this role later. APPLY ONLY IF you have excellent AD MANAGEMENT SKILLS(Amazon/Flipkart/1mg/Meesho) & a rewarding LONG-TERM GROWTH FOCUSSED CAREER Mandatory Experience: * 2+ years Experience in Amazon & Flipkart Advertisement & Operations * Managed a min. daily Budget of Rs 10K (Advertisement Spends) in Amazon/Flipkart * Mandatory knowledge of tools like Amazon Pi and Helium10 * Detailed reporting of campaign performance (SP/SB/SD) and for focus on Competition/Generic/Branded KWs. * Agency experience in AD Management(Amazon) for Healthcare/Nutraceutical Brands is a plus * Reviews & influencers management for Amazon/Flipkart is a plus This role will report to the Founders. ONLY APPLY if you have already worked on Amazon Advertisements for over 2 years and managed a Monthly AD Budget of more than 4 Lakhs (Advertisement Spends) in Amazon and have scaled up Business with controlled ACOS(under 15-20%). Key Tasks: * Amazon Campaign Optimization & Online Revenue Scaleup * Flipkart Campaign Optimization * Working with Agency on Online Sales Channel (Listing Optimization, Ad optimization, Pricing Management, Reviews etc in Amazon & Flipkart and own website) Expertise Required: * Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision * Experience in managing eCommerce operations in Amazon/Flipkart (Must) * Must be good in Analytics * Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint is a must * Fluency in English (at least written communication) is a must * Sales Coordination experience for new accounts/updates is a plus Employment Type: Full-time #PPC #ADManagement #AmazonAMS #FlipkartAD #OnlineSales #AmazonListing
