Staff Accountant Job Description

Know basic accounting principles

Manage the full cycle of accounting, using QuickBooks

Prioritize everyday tasks, such as: reconciling bank and credit card statements, creating month-end adjustments, reconciling payroll, answering emails and phone calls, and meeting with existing and potential clients.

Experience

Speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish or Portuguese

Possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field

Have bookkeeping experience (2-3 years in a fast-paced environment)

Proficient in QuickBooks

Knowledge of SAP and Creative Solutions preferred
