Short Description

To manage Transport & other Admin facilities to achieve timely commuting of employees to work, preventing any service delivery failure through effective cost and quality managing of process like vendor, cost, quality & time management by various integrated Admin procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage transport facility for the employees to reach the Shop floor in time to achieve target production without failure.

Manage events organised for the welfare of the employees to achieve high level of moral & satisfaction in employees.

Effective management of misc. Admin activities like communication mail despatch etc. To facilitate & support operational Administration.

Skills Information

1. Maintain smooth running of Catering operation (Canteen)

2. Monitoring of CCPs (critical control points) for canteen process

3. Ensure completion of work in defined timeline

4. Ensure availability manpower and completion of work as per defined standard

5. IMS procedures adherence To follow IMS system and documentation procedures and to ensure that non conformities are closed at the earliest

6. Prepare and monitor annual budgets related to overhead expenses

7. Regular Monitor/ analyse Over Head cost and raise alarm in case deviation and also control cost

Education

PGDM in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT or HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Relevant Experience

Have worked at Plant.

Min 5 Years Experience in Administration or facility management.
