Responsible for Battery Pack Manufacturing as per desired production volume through monitoring work flow and Optimal planning of equipment, raw material, consumable, manpower by ensuring safety guidelines adherence for the Battery manufacturing setup

Key Responsibilities

Production of Battery Pack as per Production Plan

Preparation of Manpower as per planning

Maintain healthy inter/intra department rapport

Maintain check on process parameters of Critical equipment

Equipment readiness and check list as per maintenance schedule

Checking of Safety Procedure at manufacturing set-up

Production planning of Shift in line with PPC plan

Establishing process flow charts, VSM, identifying bottleneck and improving assembly process

Manpower planning

Skill mapping of manpower with respect to operation

Identification of bottleneck & critical process and fitting right manpower

Streamlining Battery Pack assembly process

Benchmarking of Battery Pack assembly process and safety procedure and adopting best practices

Documentation and reporting of production

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing staff on the use of all equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures

Knowledge of PFMEA, PFD, SOP wrt battery assembly is must required

Understanding of FIFO, LIFO system

Knowledge of chemicals & adhesive is must required

Product traceability attribute exposure

Production of Battery Pack as per Production Plan

Maintain Product and process Quality requirement

Ensures equipment operation ready by Maintenance cycle; evaluating new equipment and techniques

Monthly variance monitoring of the targets, Regular update on equipment and consumables, Create and update Operating procedure and maintain best operating procedure, Maintain product and process Quality

Documentation and reporting of Production

Analyzing Production trends, performance records (of equipment) for maintaining of Product quality and equipment health

Maintain inventory level for process consumables

Record of Quality issues

Material Handling of critical / sophasticated parts

Safety protocols for handling of electronics parts

Certification
