Short Description
To ensure efficient and seamless dispatch operations in shift’s and achieve daily shift wise dispatch targets of individual plant with defined dealer service ratio, minimize transit damages & manpower deployment within prescribed targets. Supervise dedicated manpower for shifting & loading of Two Wheelers To ensure proper Truck movement inside plant, FIFO of FG vehicle & Trucks, safety & 5’S checkpoints, KAIZENS, Accessories management &innovation in current operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Daily Dispatch target.
- Reduce transit damages to dealers from assigned plant thus enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Adherence Share of Business for transporters.
- Operation Management.
