Position: Salesforce Administrator
Summary:
Hersheys is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to our growing International Organization, who will be part of our Salesforce Product Team. This person will play a critical role interacting directly with Salesforce users in the Commercial space across the globe to understand requirements, analyze them and collaborate with the team to design and implement a solution.
This role will report to our International Manager IS Commercial & Digital and will be a key player to enable the International broader strategy and roadmap.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
Manages Salesforce configuration changes including, but not limited to: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, custom settings, dashboards, reports.
Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practices, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
Support all aspects of user and license management including new user provisioning/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and sharing rules.
Assist with data management and perform mass data updates as needed to resolve issues or ensure data integrity
Collaborate with Business Admins/Super users to ensure master data management.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide accurate reports & dashboards.
Ability to research and analyze the impact of change on our rather large Salesforce landscape.
Maintain a good understanding of the business processes and objectives supported by the tools used.
Respond to cases (user inquires that require troubleshooting of any salesforce.com related topic including, but not limited to: function, usage, “how to”, data quality, data structure, reporting, etc.)
Collaborate with Product Team on agile methodologies to implement the pipeline of initiatives.
Stay current on Salesforce new products, features and skills with ability to achieve relevant certifications when required.
Provide timely and clear communications with Business and IT Stakeholders.
Skills
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills (in English), ability to gather and analyze requirements from end users and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
High sense of responsibility and ownership.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple in-progress initiatives while keeping all on track.
Technical orientation, such as the ability to use data models, workflow diagrams, etc.
Proactive attitude and results driven mindset.
Ability to navigate on a global organization.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Overall 3+ years of experience and 2 years of successful Salesforce administration experience
Salesforce Certifications is desirable (Administrator, Advanced Administrator)
Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams / initiatives is a big plus.
Experience project management methodology (Agile) and project issue tracking tools such as JIRA is a plus.
Experience working on Salesforce Rebate Management, Sales cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud products is a huge plus.
