The Finance team at HPE provides world class decision support driving profitable growth and exceptional shareholder value through our commitment to operational excellence, people development, and innovation. In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.
Responsibilities:
Invoice processing and ensuring on time payment
Monitoring customer queries, vendor queries and closing within agreed TAT
Reconciles and posts transactions to the general ledger.
Supports moderately complex customer inquiries, typically without escalation.
Provides significant support on assignments (e.g., implementing a new system)
Identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations
Education and Experience Required:
Full-time bachelors degree mandatory
Typically 2 – 4 years of work experience in Accounts payable
Knowledge and Skills:
Good computation skills.
Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Ariba).
Fluency in English.
Good understanding of accounting processes.
Good database skills.
Good communication skills.
