Roles:
Partners with stakeholders and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment. Working with cross-functional teams. Scope includes order management (Order booking, Credit re-bill, RMA, and Invoicing). Engage cross-functionally to develop, track and manage business metrics for the organization (may include customer availability, service levels, on-time delivery, and supplier response time).
Responsibilities:
Aruba IN – 3-5 years of experience
Knowledge and Skills
Good understanding & experience of OM & supply chain processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Office suite
Excellent multi-tasking ability.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
Advanced time management skills.
Strong teamwork skills.
Basic Excel skills
Education and Experience Required
University degree/equivalent experience.
