Candidate should have experience of warehouse & logistics basics. Key responsibilities are as given below: –

1. Timely Material Inward & Outward

2. GRN creation in SAP

3. Delivery challan creation thru SAP.

4. Preparing & update daily warehouse MIS and sharing with all related persons.

5. Coordinate with the project & SCM team.

6. Vendor reconciliation of all vendors.

7. coordinate with the finance team for E-way bill & DC copy.

8. Ensure SAP vs physical stock without any difference.

9. Keep a record of Manpower & labor & all infra resources used in the warehouse.

10. candidate should be familiar with SAP.

11. Coordination with transporters.

12. need to take initiative for Effective WH Space management

12. Proper document verification and send the doc to HO for accounting.

Additional Skills Required

knowledge of SAP in the MM module.
