The Role

• Statutory Compliance

• TDS Payments and E-TDS returns (Other than Payroll related salaries and wages)
• Form 16A generation and issue to Service Providers
• VAT Reconciliation, Payment of VAT, VAT monthly returns, (VAT 115 Annual Returns, VAT 240 Audit Returns) & Issue of “C” Forms.
• Central Excise related work and Return Filing. (Monthly Returns and Trading Quarterly Returns)
• Service Tax RCM Payments and Service Tax Return filing. (Monthly and Half yearly returns)
• Supervise ‘C’ form uploading to KVAT website & submission to the department on a Quarterly basis.
• Advance Tax Computation & Payments within the time limit.
• Support in GST Implementation & analysis.

• Domestic Accounts Payable

• Domestic Accounts Payable Aging Report by 8th, 18th & 27th of every month.
• Verification of Local Invoices for Payments.
• Verification of Employees Expense Claims for Payments.
• Vendor Account Reconciliation on periodic basis.
• Accounting of Commission Income from Group Companies.
• Group Company Reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Import Purchase Accounting using Multi Currency Option.
• Maintaining Landed Cost on Item basis.
• Preparation of Import Payment Documents & Submission to Bank on monthly basis.

• Internal Audit & External Audit Schedules.

• Coordinating with Internal Audit.
• Clarification of Internal Audit Points on timely basis.
• Preparation of Audit Schedules in the respective work areas.
• Co-ordinate with External Auditors & Group Auditors for the smooth closing of Audited Financials.

• Assist in Group Monthly Closing.

• Monthly Provision before monthly reporting.
• Verification of all the Expense booking before the month closing.
• Verification of Bank Reconciliation of all the Banks by 1st of every month.5. Statutory Assessments.
• Statutory Assessments of Indirect Taxation : – MVAT, KVAT, Excise & Service Tax
• Statutory Assessments of Direct Taxation: – Income Tax, TDS & Transfer Pricing.
• Very Good Knowledge on SAP

What we expect of you?

• Minimum Graduatoin in Commerce with a experience of around 5-7 years.
• Good Communication Skills & working experience in MNC is an added advantage.
• Working experience in SAP
