Full Job Description
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain personnel recordsUpdate internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)Prepare HR documents, like employment contractsand new hireguidesRevise company policiesLiaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal complianceCreate regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)Answer employees queries about HR-related issuesAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)Arrange travel accommodations and process expense formsParticipate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)Requirements and skillsProven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistantor relevant roleExperience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMSComputer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)Thorough knowledge of labor lawsExcellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projectsStrong phone, email and in-person communication skillsBS in Human Resources or relevant fieldJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)
