We are seeking a skilled and passionate Graphic Designer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design and a strong ability to teach and mentor aspiring designers. The Graphic Designer Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our design team.Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Create a structured curriculum covering fundamental and advanced graphic design principles.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring graphic designers.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others, fostering a collaborative and creative learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Graphic Design, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in instructional design or a related training field.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and online training delivery.
