Hiring for Manager/Sr. Manager – MEP Procurement

Industry – Real Estate Developer (Building Construction – High Rise/Residential /Commercial)

Job Location – Gurugram

Experience: 12-15 years

Qualification – B.tech/BE – Mechanical Engg./Electrical Engg.

Job Description:
1.Centrally sourcing for materials & services of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing works of Projects.

2.Hands on experience in end-to-end procurement activities like prequalification, vendor management, BOQ preparation and review, preparation and issue of tenders, evaluation, Negotiations and award, amendments and post contract administration.

3.100% compliance with SOP, DOA & Audit requirements.

4.Value Engineering and managing cost of material /services for various projects.

Sourcing internationally, setting systems, processes and regulatory compliances.

Ensure quality of material /equipment’s/services supplied by suppliers/contractors.

5.Benchmarking of key sourcing processes & practices to improve sourcing efficiency

Forming and implementation of annual rate contracts (ARCs) for materials

6.Pre-Contract: Rate analysis, Cost Estimation, Cost Planning and Budget Preparation

7.MSoffice literacy & Use of technology platforms for procurement process is must

Excellent Communication and market connect

8.Real estate industry experience is must.
