THE ROLE

We are looking to hire a Senior Accountant with excellent organizational and analytical skills. The Senior Accountant is expected to be detail-oriented, and investigative in nature. The right candidate must have strong knowledge on statutory compliances, and financial planning. To ensure success, the Senior Accountant must have deep knowledge on IT industry; have strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks of the organization
• · Manage receipts and payments; Keep accurate records for all financial transactions
• · Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• · Reconcile bank statements, track bank deposits and payments
• · Reconcile monthly, quarterly and yearly receivable and payable transactions
• · Maintain internal financial controls and procedures
• · Preparation of Income Tax Returns, TDS returns, GST returns, PF, ESI returns, VAT returns and any other returns as required by law
• · Payroll and employees’ reimbursement processing experience
• · Prepare budget
• · Prepare balance sheets
• · Prepare documents for banks and other funding institutions
• · Work with statutory auditors for company audit and report preparation
• · Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports / MIS reports
• · Review and implement financial policies
• REQUIREMENTS
• · Degree/Post graduate in Finance /CA/ICWA or any related professional qualification
• · 3 years of work experience with Finance department
• · Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
• · Experience using financial software such as Tally, Oracle, QuickBook and SAP
• · Experience handling complete company accounts
• · Advanced MS Excel skills, MS Office and E-mail handling
• · Strong knowledge of financial regulations and statutory compliances
• · Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• · Excellent communication skills in English

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
