Himalya quartz Hiring for E-Commerce Manager at Jaipur Full Time

We are looking for a highly coordinated e-commerce manager to oversee the development and utility of our company’s income-generating sites. The e-commerce manager will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics. In so doing, you should lead teams of staff, ensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individuals with practical guidance, as required.

To ensure success as an e-commerce manager, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce. Ultimately, a brilliant E-commerce manager will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.

You will upload, edit and maintain listings (including variation listings) to all Amazon Seller Central accounts. You will complete regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords and other product details.

• Audit images, graphics, and copy to create or maintain a high brand standard on Amazon
• Work with cross functional internal teams to obtain best assets for Amazon presentation
• Implement changes through Vendor Central to optimize brand presence
• Be trained to create A+ content, followed by independent creation of A+ pages
• Identify process improvements to scale content creation or improve process time
• Identify content improvements to enhance customer experience and increase conversion
• Monitor BSR (Best Sellers Rank) on Amazon and report on changes
• Manage the development of Brand Store(s)
• Manage Posts on Amazon
• Monitor 3P sellers on Amazon
• Work with internal teams to resolve Amazon concerns
• Work with internal team on inventory status and updates
• Work with internal team to monitor and respond to customer reviews
• Work with Amazon team and finance on some promotional activity
• Optimize Amazon listings by merging 3P listing and twisting product families
• Monthly review of product catalog in Vendor Central to identify changes or potential issues
• Manage cases in Vendor Central to resolve issues
• Review data in Amazon Retail Analytics to inform ongoing decision making
• Record best practices for implementation with additional business units
• Monthly update reports on Amazon initiatives
• Attend virtual meetings with Amazon Vendor Manager(s)
• Attend trade shows/conferences for ongoing education

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,377.08 per month
